so finally i'm going to share the most common trick to know IP address  of your " VICTIM " In Few very easy steps

1. First of all invite him/her on skype 

2. So know you have username of your victim right ? For Example We got a random user name
  " chrlshn "

3. Now go to this link -->   Hf Resolver   <-- and write victim's username  then click on resolve

4. BINGO ...!!! You Got his/her IP address you can do anything you want to do with it now :P
