After copying URL like below PC URL

Now you need to change PC URL into Mobile URL just by including "m" before URL.
Mobile URL: https://m.facebook.com/video.php?v=618073861549058
Now Open the video in Mobile style it will appear like below.
Now right click on the video and select save video as choice to download video as below screenshot.
